Chichen Rice & Chicken Soup

Ingredient (Serve 350ml Connect Jar / 250ml Connect Jar)
Shiitake … 1
Beaten egg … 1/3
white chicken meat … 30g
A
Water … 300ml
Shiro Dashi (soup base) … 1 tbsp
Scallion … add to taste
Warm cooked rice … 1 serve
Pickles … Proper quantity
How to Make
  1. Place sliced shiitake in heat resistant container and sprincle shiro dashi a little and 1tbsp of water (not included in above ingredients). After put lap on container, cook in the microwave for 1 minute at 600W (70 sec at 500W). Mix Shiro dashi a little (not included in above) and slice thinly-cooked -egg.
  2. Cut chicken in half, and cook it with A in a pot over medium heat. when boiled , take scum and boil over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Take out 2 chicken from the pot to a small container. Cover with soup, and make it cool. Add cut scallion to the remaining soup, and put it to 250ml Connect Jar. Close the lid.
  4. Put warm rice in a 350-ml Connect Jar. Place shiitake, strips of egg, chicken and pickles.

You have soup and rice that way, and you can also pour soup to rice like Ochazuke.
