Place sliced shiitake in heat resistant container and sprincle shiro dashi a little and 1tbsp of water (not included in above ingredients). After put lap on container, cook in the microwave for 1 minute at 600W (70 sec at 500W). Mix Shiro dashi a little (not included in above) and slice thinly-cooked -egg.
Cut chicken in half, and cook it with A in a pot over medium heat. when boiled , take scum and boil over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take out 2 chicken from the pot to a small container. Cover with soup, and make it cool. Add cut scallion to the remaining soup, and put it to 250ml Connect Jar. Close the lid.
Put warm rice in a 350-ml Connect Jar. Place shiitake, strips of egg, chicken and pickles.
You have soup and rice that way, and you can also pour soup to rice like Ochazuke.
