Pintxos with cold Tartar Sauce. [Pintxos Tartar sauce]

Pintxos

Ingredient (12 pcs)
Boiled shrimp … 6 ( cut in half)
cheese … 12 (1.5cm squares)
paprika (red and yellow) … 6 slice (2cm squares)
black olive … 6
Cucumber … 6 (semi-circular 1cm slices, 6 slice (7~8cm long)
How to Make
Put ingredient into short bamboo skewer. Put pintxos into 350ml JAR. Close the lid.

Tartar sauce

Ingredient(Serve 250ml Connect Jar)

Boiled egg … 2
Pickle … 40g
Black olive … 5
B
Mayonnaise … 4 tbsp
Anchovy paste … 2 tsp
Liquid of pickle … 1 tsp
black pepper … a little
How to Make
Mince A and dress it in B. Put it into JAR and close the lid.
